A chiropractor seeking to establish a cohesive social media strategy, strengthen community engagement on social media, launch new services, and create a user-friendly website for customers.

PROBLEM

The client faced several challenges that hindered their growth and digital presence. Their social media lacked a cohesive strategy and was inconsistent. Their presence on Instagram failed to engage effectively with their audience. They wanted to run ads but needed strategic execution support.

Additionally, they were launching a new service and needed a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. SOLUTION

Ashly Media stepped in with a full-funnel marketing approach tailored to address each of these challenges. First, we overhauled their social media strategy by taking over all accounts, conducting a professional content shoot to create high-quality visuals, and establishing a consistent posting schedule with content shared five times a week on Instagram and Facebook.

Next, we developed a custom, UX/UI-friendly website integrated with SEO best practices and invoice payment functionalities, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience. For the client’s new business lines, we crafted and executed a detailed go-to-market strategy, rebranding their marketing architecture to present a cohesive and professional image. We also identified the target audience and ran tailored ad campaigns, introducing call tracking to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.

RESULTS

On social media, the client’s Instagram account reach increased by 64.8%, while content interactions increased by 111.5%. Facebook impressions also saw a significant boost, increasing by 138.6%.
